As Bulgaria celebrates its first month of EU membership, the Bulgarian property market is maturing, with new developments coming onto the market at a level of quality and design not previously seen in the country. One such development is yooBulgaria’s scheme in the Black Sea riviera town of Obzor, a unique development of high specification apartments with prices starting from €55,500 (£37,000).

Forecasts for Bulgaria’s property market are buoyant following the country’s entry into the EU, with the property boom set to continue. EU membership will also provide increased confidence for overseas buyers, as well as more stable economic conditions, making it all the more attractive to UK investors and holiday home buyers alike.
