The process of buying property in Bulgaria is becoming ever simpler and speedier, as the market matures and so too does the confidence of overseas buyers. yooBulgaria this month introduces new payment terms requiring just a 2.5% deposit.

Current prices at yooBulgaria>Obzor start from just £46,000 (€68,250) – which means a deposit of just £1,150. Unlike other payment terms in Bulgaria which have many complicated stages, here there are just three stages. An initial deposit of 2.5% of the property price, (refundable within 28 days). Then 7.5% of the value is due in progress and the final 90% is paid upon completion.

For those purchasing as an investment, yooBulgaria is offering a rental guarantee of 5% net per year for two years and subsidised viewing trips are also available.

Vesi Ivanova is the new Sales Office Manager for yooBulgaria looking after our clients at our office in Varna and the team at yooBulgaria are delighted to welcome her.

Vesi is a graduate of the Moscow State University where she gained her Masters Degree before pursuing a career in Broadcast Media, working for BBC London and covering the 1994 NATO Summit in Washington.

Married life saw her career change to a position of Guest Relations Officer on the American Cruise Line Company where she spent 5 years before finally settling in property.

Now back in her home country of Bulgaria with her Husband and 12 year old son, Vesi has exactly the customer serviced focused approach and experience key to the yooBulgaria team and has a acquired quite a bilingual tongue over the years. Vesi speaks English, German, Russian and Spanish.
