1) yooBulgaria is working in partnership with The Furniture Union and Inside Right to produce their 2008 furniture collections.
2) yooBulgaria's suppliers will be responsible for planning, layout and full installation of all furniture packs within the agreed budget.
3) All delivery and shipping charges are included within each furniture pack cost. However, if additional items are ordered such as Patio items or an item from the YOO collection an additional shipping charge may be incurred. Please see your representative for additional shipping costs that may apply.
4) Dressing pack prices are only applicable if taken with the corresponding furniture collection package. if taken solely a revised quotation will be given upon request.
5) The total price of the order will be subject to VAT.
6) All products and prices must be agreed and each pack signed as accepted by the client before any goods will be ordered or installed using the correct order forms available for download from the yooBulgaria website. Agreed payment terms apply.
7) On the rare occasion that yooBulgaria or its suppliers are required to make alterations to finish, and or style or product for whatever reason - (for example if certain items are not available, get damaged in transport, delays in delivery occur) – the client will be notified in writing of all changes. All goods will be replaced to the same standard design and cost. yooBulgaria and its suppliers reserve the right to change a product or layout if required. This will only be executed by agreement with all parties.
8) yooBulgaria and its suppliers agree to work to the agreed deadline for installation but can not be held responsible if for any reason this date can not be met with the agreed product. If the agreed product is delayed in transport or is unavailable for any other reason, yooBulgaria and its suppliers will agree to temporary replacements to meet the agreed deadline or alterations in product as 4 above.
9) yooBulgaria and its suppliers are willing to work alongside the client with changing deadlines and installation dates but will require full payment if goods need to be stored for longer than one month. If deadlines are extended a written notice from the client is required.
10) Storage costs equate to 15% of the pack value per calendar month.
11) All collection costs relate to a quantity of a complete furniture, patio or dressing pack, if a client requires to purchase only some items from a pack a surcharge may be levied.
12) yooBulgaria and its suppliers will inspect the client apartment before entering and will notify the client if there is any visible damage or if entry will prove to be difficult. All reasonable effort will be made to avoid damage and while installation contractors are as careful as possible occasionally marks etc will occur. These are to rectified by yooBulgaria's supplies to the best of the installers ability – yooBulgaria and its supliers can not be held responsible for any wrong information given and for any difficult entry or other situations that prove difficult to install hence creating damage.
13) All properties and goods are checked upon completion and if required all properties will be jointly checked before keys are returned for entry by others. Once entry is required by any others or keys are given to others yooBulgaria and its suppliers can not be held responsible for any problems whatsoever to product or apartment. If the client is not available a representative is required or yooBulgaria and its suppliers will not be responsible for any damage etc
14) All properties are expected to be clear and free from all obtrusions such as builder's materials, old furniture even on site workers etc for installation to take place.
15) Please allow a minimum of 5 days per apartment, although we will always try to work to agreed deadlines and installation particularly if a client is moving in.
16) All products are subject to normal variations in size, colour, finish and style an exact colour match can never be guaranteed.
17) Payment terms are as follows: Full payment upon receipt of order.
18) Title of goods does not pass to the client until full payment is made and yooBulgaria and its suppliers reserve the right to remove all products supplied from any property if full payment is not received.
19) The client is required to insure and protect all products in full once they are delivered to the clients apartment. yooBulgaria and its suppliers can not be held responsible for loss , damage or any other problems once goods are delivered to the clients apartment and upon their instruction whether paid for or not.
20) It is the client's responsibility to protect all products and agree to pay in full for any goods that have been delivered to an agreed site.
21) Whilst yooBulgaria offers the specified collections put together by the interior design team to create the yoo look, bespoke packs are available at clients request.
22) All plans, packs, design work and product proposals remain the property of yooBulgaria and its suppliers and can not be used or reproduced in any shape or form without prior consent of yooBulgaria. Charges will be made if any work done by yooBulgaria is reproduced or used in any way whatsoever.
